Sorrell's Fundraising Program

We are well aware that many groups --schools, churches, scouts, sports, cheerleading, pom, and clubs of all types-- are looking for an easy, profitable, and surefire way to fundraise. And Sorrell's has just that!

Starting November 1 each year, our fresh pecans are available in 1-pound bags packaged 20 bags to the box for the price of $6.00 per bag ($120.00 per box) shipped freight-free to your location. Minimum quantity is only 1 box. Groups can sell the pecans for whatever they like, just in time for Thanksgiving baking. If sold for $10.00, groups can realize a 40% profit --$4.00-- and sell on average 4 bags to everyone approached. Stores usually sell pecans for $8.00 to $10.00 per 1-pound bag, but here is how your group is different. Pecans from the grocery are smaller halves, dark brown in color, and somewhat wrinkled looking. Why is that? Grocers most often sell LAST YEAR'S pecans. Sorrell pecans are huge, plump, and bright gold and were still on the tree during the month of October! This makes for an extremely easy sale.

Groups that do best are those that decide to have an Annual Pecan Sale. Each year, the sale gets bigger and more profitable with less work. Those in the community come to count on fresh pecans from your organization. It's a win-win situation. Friends, relatives, and neighbors get a fresh product at a fair price and your group makes a several thousand dollar bonanza with minimum effort.

Pecans are shipped within 2 to 3 days of your online order, so your customers are quickly served and your organization has every opportunity for repeat sales even through the month of December. Each seller can be provided with a small sample to show the Sorrell's quality if conducting a "presale," or your group can order boxes of pecans for a much easier "show and sell" approach. In both cases, Sorrell's will bill your group and give 30-day net terms.
