Satisfaction Guaranteed

Our pecans and other products are shipped satisfaction guaranteed. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your shipment, you may return the shipment for a full credit or refund. Please contact us prior to making a return either by phone, fax, or e-mail. You will be responsible only for actual shipping charges.

Shipping Method

All of our mail order and online orders are shipped UPS Ground. All packages are picked up daily, Monday through Friday. Normally, orders are shipped within three business day from the date the order is received.

Please provide an accurate street address for your shipment. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

Method of Payment

Sorry, no COD shipments will be made. We accept VISA, MasterCard, check, and cash.

We can accept credit card orders by phone, by fax, on our online store, or by regular mail.
